How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
I recommend booking your wedding photographer as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed. Typically, couples book 6-10 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (spring and fall) in Colorado.

Do you travel for weddings outside of Colorado?
Yes, I love to travel! Whether you're having a destination wedding or a celebration in another state or country, I’d be thrilled to capture your big day. Travel fees are determined based on the location and distance from Colorado—as well as additional accommodations needed, such as car rentals. ​

How many photos will we receive?
The number of photos depends on the length of coverage and the size of your wedding, but typically, couples receive between 500-800 edited images. You’ll receive a beautiful mix of candid moments, portraits, and details from your day.​

How long does it take to receive our photos?
I know you’ll be excited to see your wedding images! I strive to deliver your full gallery within 6-8 weeks, but in some cases, you may receive a sneak peek of a few images within 1-2 weeks after the wedding.

Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day. It also helps me get to know you both better and allows us to explore some fun photo locations. Engagement sessions are included in both Wedding Collections, but can also be booked separately.

Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! You will be able to add an album on to any package for a fee.

Do you offer payment plans?
There's a 50% retainer fee due at booking. You're welcome to split your remaining balance in as many payments as you need as long as the entire balance is paid in full the day before your event.

How do we reserve our wedding date?
To reserve your wedding date, I require a signed contract and a retainer fee of 50% of your total package cost. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is officially booked!​

How do we receive our photos?
All of your photos will be delivered via a WeTransfer link so that you may download them to your computer. Depending on the collection you book, you'll also gain access to a private online gallery that’s easy to use and share with friends and family.

What if we have specific photo requests?
I’m happy to accommodate any special photo requests or family photo groupings! We’ll discuss your shot list and any must-have images during our pre-wedding consultation. On your wedding day, feel free to let me know of any particular moments or people you want captured.

Do you create a timeline for our wedding day?
For the most flattering light, the best times for outdoor photos are either early in the morning or in the late afternoon (known as the "golden hour"). If you’re planning an outdoor ceremony or portraits, we can schedule around the natural light to get the best shots. We can discuss this and prepare to capture all the best moments during our pre-wedding consultation.
